Hello,

1. I have two types of members for my site, Free – for general public, and Paid – for directory listing advertisers.

I’d like to have separate Join and Registration pages for each group as follows:

General Public – site.com/register

Paid – site.com/paid/register

2. I’d like to re-direct expired members to separate registration pages as well.

3. Is there a setting that allows the member to have the email as their username automatically?

4. Is there a way to customize the registration page based on the type of member?

When a membership level expires, they only have to renew. The membership registration information does not get deleted. There is a setting to redirect an expired member to a renewal page; immediately when they login.

Yes.

Lastly, I’d like to set one of my member levels to require approval, the others won’t need approval, how would I do that?

You can use manual approval feature for that. However, that feature can’t be enabled on a per membership level:
