i looked everywhere in the forum and couldn’t find an answer to this.
after adding a member manually in the backend the user should receive an email to his main inbox
when adding a user that used hotmail it goes straight to the junk folder.
please let me know how to fix this!

Hi, The plugin has nothing to do with some of your emails going to junk folder. Basically Hotmail is marking emails from your server as *spam*. There are many reasons why that can happen.
