eMember Registration Form – How do I to change "Register" submit text

I do not know how to simply change the blue “Register” button on the Registration Form to say “Submit”. I opened the eMember_registration_utils.php file thinking this is where I could make the text change, but I do not see where I can make the change to the value. And since it is PHP and not HTML, I am a little lost.

I read on the Forum that the eMember_registration_utils.php is the file to make a change to the button. A moderator showed someone how to do the image change, but I do not see how to make a text change to the submit button.
