eMember Registration Error

Hi support,

Recently installed eMember and set up a Free membership level as per your instruction video. On testing the Registration page/form for the first time, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function emember_global_autoresponder_signup() in /home/mortrate/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-eMember/eMember_misc_functions.php on line 383

When I go to the ‘Members’ section of the eMember Menu inside the WP Admin panel (at the following address):

(website)/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_eMember_manage

I get the following error:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, ‘wp_eMember_members’ was given in /home/mortrate/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 395

Please advise if this is a set-up or configuration problem.

It looks like during the upload a file may have gotten corrupted. Please deactivate and delete the existing version of eMember from your site then get a fresh build from here and install that one:

Don’t worry none of your setup will get lost if you delete the plugin.
