eMember – redirection happens on members only products even when logged in

I am using woocommerce for payment gateways and emembers plugin to deal with the subscriptions. I have installed the Redirection so if someone tries to accdess members only content it redirects to the log in page. This works ok but I have a set of members only products in woocommerce and currently the redirection is still happening on these products even when someone is logged in?

Are the users logged into emember or just wp user profile? Our plugin’s redirection is based on if the user is logged into the emember system or not.

If you go to the login page of emember, does emember show the user as logged in?

Yes the user is shown as logged in but the redirection shill happens on Woocommerce member only products?

I am not 100% sure if I understand the setup you are explaining. I will take a look at your setup on the site to see what is happening here. I have sent you an email for it.

Update: Turned out that the products had category protection applied to it and the member’s level didn’t have access to that category. So the addon was doing the redirection correctly.
