    1) I am trying to incorporate a survey or form that a user fills out as part of their membership process. Currently, they register as a free user, then they can become a “member” by paying for the service. An additional step to utilizing our services, is they have to complete a questionnaire. It is too cumbersome to try and use Custom Fields on the edit profile. Is there another way to do this inside eMember?

    2) Is there a way of sending and showing custom messages from the administrator to an individual on their “welcome page”, once they have logged in?

Hi, WP eMember plugin doesn’t do anything with survey. This is something you will have to handle with a survey or a forms plugin. eMember plugin is all about managing/protecting your content and allowing the ability for a user to be a member so they can view the protected content.

Regarding custom page for individual users. eMember allows you to redirect users to a custom page on a per user basis. Edit the user/member in question and specify the URL of the custom welcome page in the “After Login Page URL” field. Also, make sure to enable the after login redirect feature from the eMember settings page.

    Here is the summary steps:

    1) Create a WordPress page for the user in question.

    2) Add your custom content to this page. You can protect the content for a particular member so no one but that member can see the content. This documentation explain how to do that:

    3) Now, use the URL of this page as the after login redirection page for the member in question.
