eMember – Public Profile Listing does not display needed member information

I have created a membership page, inserted the Public profile listing short code. When I test the page, it looks fine, but when I click on a username, it will only display the information from the customized registration fields and not any other information. It is not displaying information such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, Street, City, State, and Zipcode.

Please use the eMember profile display extended addon which works better for display a public profile listing (you can configure which fields to display with this addon):
