    Hi,

I have protected full pages from non-members, but the standard automated message of protected content is displayed at the very top of the page – so high in fact that it’s underneath our menu! How can I edit the position of this message?

Please provide a link, and instructions on what to look for so we can see it on your site.

There is something messed up on this site with a plugin or a theme. Please do the following test to identify the source:

    Hi,

Everything else has worked perfectly and we’ve been using emember for 4 months now. This is the first time protecting a full page though, previously we have used section protection.

We don’t have any conflicting plugins, so it seems the theme has an issue with emember – we are not willing to change our theme though because of this little issue that can surely be fixed –

any code that could be used to bring that text bit down a little? That can’t be impossible?

The theme itself shouldn’t be the issue because I believe you are using the Divi theme which works fine with our plugin.

There is likely some other customization on this site that is conflicting.

The “main-content” HTML element is going inside the header area which is odd. How does that page look when the protection is off in for that page?

It looks like sweatelite.co/live (the pages are almost duplicates with other with free content and other with paid).

I would like to jump on your site and take a look. I have sent you an email for it.
