SpectatorMy summary list is showing all members including expired and inactive. I saw in a post from a year ago that there is supposed to be a filter to show only active but it’s not working for me. I have
[emember_extended_summary_list fields=”first_name,last_name,alias,company_name,phone” levels=”1,2,3,4,5,6,11,12″ status=”active”]
Also, is there a shortcode to order the list on page load? i.e. order_by=”last_name,ASC”.
I have eMember v8.7.4

KeymasterWhat version of the profile extended addon are you using?
At the moment there is no option to short the list on page load. The user can sort the list by clicking the column heading.
I am investigating your other post on profile extended addon too.

Spectator<< STATUS = ACTIVE >>
Hi. It is v1.2 but I’ll be downloading the new to get the fixes as per my other post. Hopefully there’s status=”active” now supported in the shortcode?
<< SORTING >>
As for the sorting issue, I will just set the main navigation link to the page to include the sort. The URL won’t be pretty but everyone will be in correct order.
i.e. [http://mydomainname.com/member-directory/?orderby=last_name&order=asc]
Thank you for getting back to me on a Sunday! Big help as we go live this week!! Exciting.

SpectatorHi, I now have v1.6 installed. My expired, inactive and pending users still show in my summary list. Should this shortcode only show active status?
[emember_extended_summary_list fields=”first_name,last_name,alias,company_name,phone” levels=”1,2,3,4,5,6,11,12″ status=”active”]
Is there any other info I can provide to help look into this?

KeymasterYes, that shortcode you have there should only show the “active” users. Can you remove the levels parameter from the shortcode just to see what it does? You have verified the user status for sure correct?

SpectatorYes, the new download fixed the issue! My last post was a mistake on my part (Blush). Again, your support has been exceptional and I am a very happy customer! Thank you.
