eMember Profile addon extension

I am having trouble with the eMember Profile addon extension. The shortcode Member profile is not working? The shortcode of list is working except the pop-up window is empty?

[emember_extended_profile_details fields=”show_profile_image,user_name,first_name,last_name”]

I get a blank page…

Hello Webbitat, have you tried something like

[wp_eMember_extended_profile_details fields=”show_profile_image,user_name,first_name,last_name”]

[admin]

Just to clarify, the profile extended addon does not use any popup. There is a “Details” button next to each user’s profile that shows the details of a member on a new page where you use the shortcode suggested by @mbrsolution.

Have you completed the full setup according to the usage documentation? Can you please post a link to the page where you have your users list?
