Every so often, the Simple Payment buttons that you create this way seems to drop out of existance. It means I have to go back into PayPal, rebuild the button and then copy/paste the code PayPal gives me back into the appropriate WordPress page.
Can you think of any reason this is happening?
Hi, HTML embed code disappearing from a post is not an issue with our plugins. This is more of a general WordPress issue.
Which version of WordPress are you using? I’ve heard of a problem like this on WordPress where embed code disappears when you are editing a page.
One thing which has been known to help is to avoid switching between the HTML and Visual editor tabs when you have special embed code on the page, ie, try to stay on the html tab when editing and saving a page if you have HTML code in it.
