Seems like the password reset it not working correctly, when I click the password reset and put in my email address, it does not show up in inbox, nor in spam folder.
Enable the debug logging option in the emember plugin. Then do a password reset action and check the log file. Does the log file show that it executed the email sending action for that? If it shows the following line in the log file then the plugin is executing the password reset email:
Member password reset email sent to ....
The issue will be email delivery related. The following post will be helpful for that:
