eMember – Only Free Member Site, e-mail not arriving after sign up

I’ve set up free memberships and manual approval in the settings. When I tried to sign up as a test I never got a reply back though. No confirmation e-mail was sent. I’ve also not seen anything in the eMember notifying me that anyone has signed up.

Is there a setting or something I’m missing?

Do I also need to add this: [free_rego_with_email_confirmation] on the page for it to work?

Enable the debug option in the plugin then do a test registration. Share the URL of your registration page so I can inspect it.

The debug will tell us if the plugin is sending the email or not. Because most likely the plugin is executing the email sending code but the email is getting blocked somewhere. If that is the case then the following post will help you fix it on your end:
