eMember – One user login problems

I have purchased eMember for several client sites and love it.

But now I have a site member who, when he logs in can see the first protected page, but when he clicks the menu option for another protected page he is logged out.

I deleted his username and created a new one for him. It tests perfectly here. He has the same failures – no error message, just logs him out when he attempts to move between member-protected pages.

Are there any known conflicts with router firewalls? With dial-up connections? I’m pretty sure the issue is between eMember and the user’s internet connection, but I don’t know where to look.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Maybe he has his browser set to reject cookies. They are required, because they carry the login state, from one page to another.
