    Hi,

What would be the best way to set the following membership system up:

A user makes purchase via eStore, for website access as a product termed ‘Office Membership’. The user has 5 office staff who will be able to access the website. Each of the 5 office staff is to get a unique membership log in that can be tracked. So when the Office Membership expires all 5 office staff are disabled.

Just need some of your logic in regard to setting it up.

    Kind regards petergilchristcomau

There is no “native” eMember functionality for selling multiple membership “packs.” However, I can think of 3 ways in which this could be done. All 3 methods require eStore.

    http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-estore-plugin-complete-solution-to-sell-digital-products-from-your-wordpress-blog-securely-1059?ap_id=TheAssurer

    Method 1, Manual Checkout:

You use eStore to manually process the order, and then manually setup the accounts. The advantage is that you know exactly what is going on. The disadvantage is that, it is a manual and error prone process.

Method 2, Sell Membership Serial Numbers:

Setup eStore to sell packs of 5 serial numbers. Each serial number corresponds to a 100% coupon. Buyer receives a “pack” of 5 serial numbers, each redeemable for a membership. The advantage is the process is more automated. The disadvantage is that accounts will not expire on the same date; and you will still have to manually maintain the serial numbers and coupon codes.

    Method 3, Some Assembly Required:

    First read these 2 articles:

You would setup eStore to sell a link, to a special account generation page, that would collect information and then generate the 5 accounts. The advantage is pure elegance. The disadvantage is that you either have to know what you are doing, or use our custom coding service.
