eMember not showing restricted content for logged in users

I have a problem with eMember not showing restricted content for a user (I only have one user right now). The user’s account is active but she says it still won’t let her access the information. I’ve been through just about every setting I can think of, but I still can’t get it to work. I have also double checked that her user level has access granted for the content.

I feel like I’m banging my head on a wall with this as everything I’ve tried fails.
