emember not sending email so new members can verify their email to complete sign up
June 18, 2014 at 11:06 pm #63778adminKeymasterPlease go to emember settings and enable the debug option. Then post a link to your registration page so I can do a couple of checks.
June 19, 2014 at 2:14 am #63779the_triunesMemberOnce again thank you so much for your great service. The php on the server was updated. I switched it back. It’s now working again. Hope switching back does not cause any issues.
January 5, 2015 at 7:15 pm #63780andriukingMemberHello.
I have the same problem.
I have activated the debug option.
Could you help me?
My registration page is [http://www.sistemasdebolsa.com/join-us/]
Thanks in advance.
January 6, 2015 at 2:23 am #63781adminKeymasterI can see that the plugin sent the registration confirmation email. Did you check the spambox?
Sending registration completion email for free registration with confirmation to: [systemsuscriber@gmail.com]
You basically have an email delivery issue on your site (this is not an issue in our plugin). The following post will help you:
January 6, 2015 at 11:29 am #63782andriukingMemberThanks very much for helping me.
You are right, I didn’t have well configurated the settings with the sender mail address.
Thanks!
January 12, 2015 at 11:55 pm #63783vconsultantSpectatorI am having a similar problem, but not for a free membership, only for a pay membership. I am just setting the plug-in up and I believe I have followed the directions/video on this.
I have set the Reference Text field to the membership level for the “Bronze” membership product set-up in eStore. I tried both putting a buynow button on the join-us page and the landing page for the product with the same results below. PayPal transaction is okay, but no email to buyer with link to complete membership registration. I don’t see how eMember gets the email address to do this, it must come from the PayPal transaction or perhaps through eStore (which got it from PayPal)?
1. Paypal sends an email to the buyer confirming the purchase
2. eStore sends an email to the buyer confirming the purchase with the product detail and my custom message for this membership product
3. no email to buyer from eMember so the buyer has paid, but has no way to register in eMember
Thanks in advance for your guidance.
WP 4.0.1
eMember 8.9.4
eStore 7.0.8
January 13, 2015 at 5:14 am #63784adminKeymasterLooks like you are using eStore to handle your membership payment. Lets see what eStore is doing after the payment. Please do the following (if you haven’t done it already):

Do a test membership transaction after you enable the debug option. Then share the link to your membership payment page (where you have the payment buttons) so we can investigate.
January 13, 2015 at 8:03 pm #63785vconsultantSpectatorI had another membership module enabled, I disabled it, and now all emails are send by eMember, sorry for the distraction.
