eMember new username problem

When a new person fill the form to be a new member, at the username area, no matter the username they chose, it say to them that username they chose doesn’t work. why can this be? because if they still decide to click submit without changing anything, it still work. So this process confuse a lot of my new member.

Can you please share a link to your registration page so I can check it? I have a feeling there are some JavaScript errors on your site that is messing up eMember’s registration form validation.

It should be this one: [http://carelebelanger.com/fr/formations/registration] but the thing is that people has to buy a training and once paid thru paypal, they are redirect to a form they fill but I have no idea where to find this link. Could you help?
