I have a site running eMember, and I am doing another site which will have the eMember/eStore expanded for buying a monthly subscription. I want them to be able to use the same username/password for the other site as well. So they are buying on onesite and able to use on a couple of other sites. Is there a way to automatically do this? Or does it have to be manually added to each site?
If one of your sites already has a list of members then you could export all of the eMember tables and import them into the new site using PHPMyAdmin.
See this post for more info about import/export using PHPMyAdmin:
Ok. Thanks. But is there a way to automate the process? If they subscribe on one site and I haven’t got them transferred, I want them to have access to the other without me being right there. Would that be a multisite process as I have read about or another way?
This post will explain more on the multi site question:

Going back to the first topic of exporting and importing manually, would any of the wordpress plugins be useful or would they just work for WordPress members only. Such as Members Import, CSV User Import, Export Users to CSV ?
Hi, I’m not really sure because I have never used any of those plugins.
