Is it possible to have multiple email address in the member email field? I’ve tried the standard comma separation but get the not valid email address warning message.

Alternatively I’ll like the get a copy of the renewal notifications sent to an admin address when sent to the Member.

No, each member can have only one email address. What do you mean by renewal notifications?

When members get sent the renewal email (eg at 30, 7, 1 days prior) I’d like an admin address to also receive a copy of the email so that admin a can also follow up.

Is there a simple way to do this or can you point me in the direction of the file and line of code to change this?

That’s not practical, from a business operational standpoint.

    • Email notices are sent out all at once, every day; early in the morning. I know what I’d do, if I were the admin or even as your assistant, if I got Cc’d 30+ automated emails at 2 AM… swipe left to delete!
    • What kind of followup? As a user, I’d be pissed off very annoyed if after each email notification, you called to make sure I got the message. In fact, that would encourage me to test how desperate you were at wanting to retain my business.

Our experience has shown the best practice is to periodically log into your system, like at least once a week, and look at the Members display to see who has expired or is close to expiring.
