eMember – More Tag protection is not working for me

Hi there, this is my 1st question in the forum and I posted it after searching through the forum but not finding any proper solution.

Problem : I have enabled the more tag protection in the settings page of the eMember plugin. But when I use the more in my posts, the content after the <!–more–> tag, do not get protected and are visible.

I have just created one membership level and haven’t assigned any level of protection to the posts. I just want to provide sectional protection to my posts. For that I was aiming to use the “More Tag” protection as I won’t require to type the sort codes every time.

Using : Huemen theme & WordPress 4.5.3

Is that a post or a page? Remember, WordPress doesn’t support more tag in pages.

Also, you should do the following theme test to make sure your theme is respecting the more tag in the post:

More tag protection will only work if the standard more tag functionality works. So you should temporarily turn off all plugins and test to make sure the standard more tag functionality of your WordPress site is working.
