Hi!
I installed eMember which created automatically a few pages (join us, registration, login). Also I installed Mollie through Woocommerce which told me to install Woocommerce itself too. Woocommerce created a MyAccount section itself. This means we have now 2 login and registration things. Currently only the myAccount is visible.
We will offer online courses for which one needs to register (eMember) and pay (Mollie) for. Only after these 2 actions were successful the student needs to be automatically redirected to page 1 of the course.
Somehow, I cannot figure out how to do this. Anyone a suggestion?
Thanks for your help.

October 20, 2020 at 4:51 pm #81745adminKeymasterAll those pages can stay there in the pages menu (no issue with that). You just need to set it up in a way so from the front-end, your customer’s have a checkout flow to register and pay for membership.
Fully read the following documentation to see how you can set it up with woocommerce (to accept membership payments via woocommerce):
Let me know how you go after that.
October 21, 2020 at 3:00 pm #81760MilaSemParticipantHi!
Thank you for your reply.
What I did today was:
1. follow the steps for Scenario 1.Note: on the page it says to ‘You will turn off all the WooCommerce account creation options from the “Accounts” settings of WooCommerce.’ However, the image below it shows that the first checkbox is still ticked. So, that’s what I did as well. Perhaps good to change that text.
2. I ticked at both our products the virtual and download (although we have nothing to download) checkboxes
3. I ordered 1 product (with the Live API key), paid for it, and received a confirmation mail from Woocommerce. I did not receive an email with a link to complete the registration. What should I do?
4. Then I went to eMember Admin and checked the automatically create eMember account.
I did not create a free membership level but kept the ‘online puppycursus’ as the only level we have. Default account status is active.5. I ordered again (with a different email address) and received the confirmation email from Woocommerce. No registration email from eMember. What should I do?
Thank you!

October 21, 2020 at 5:07 pm #81766adminKeymasterLet’s check and see if your order is completing correctly in woocommerce or if it is going to a “pending” status. Read the section labelled “WooCommerce Payment/Order Status” from the following page for an explanation of the order status:
Is your WooCommerce order status set to “Processing” or “Complete”?
Next, enable the debug logging option in emember’s settings menu. Then reset the log file and do a test transaction. It will show if the plugin is receiving the payment notification from WooCommerce after the order goes through. You can post the content of the log file here so we can take a look and see what it is doing on your site.
October 22, 2020 at 6:14 am #81769MilaSemParticipantMy last 5 orders (with various email addresses) are all (automatically) set to ‘afgerond’ (completed). I ordered, I paid (to be seen in the Mollie environment) and Woocommerce set the status automatically to completed (afgerond).
To make sure: I ordered the test123 product in a live setting with actual payment. This product is tagged or set with the membership level ‘online puppycursus’ which can be set at the bottom of each page.
I did what you told me with the log files. Then I ordered another test123 product (actual order) Here are the results:
eMember_debug.txt
[10/22/2020 1:07 PM] – SUCCESS : Log file reset
——————————————————————eMember_debug_cronjob.txt
[10/22/2020 1:07 PM] – SUCCESS : Log file reset
——————————————————————ipn_handle_debug_eMember.txt
[10/22/2020 1:07 PM] – SUCCESS : Log file reset
——————————————————————There is no further text in any of these files.
I did again receive a confirmation email. Contents below.Does this help?

October 22, 2020 at 4:22 pm #81771adminKeymasterThe log file shouldn’t be empty after a transaction. There should be some payment notification data from woocommerce that our integration addon will receive. Do you have the addon (mentioned in the following page) active on your site?
October 23, 2020 at 7:41 am #81775MilaSemParticipantThis was a lesson in thorough reading. Thank you very much for your help. It is working now!
