Hi Support,
QUESTION #1
===============
I wish to have 2 membership plans (Standard Plan and Premium Plan) with 5 modules in each membership plan. For example:
Standard Membership plan ($27 per month):
Level 1 – Standard Module 1 (month 1)
Level 2 – Standard Module 2 (month 2)
Level 3 – Standard Module 3 (month 3)
Level 4 – Standard Module 4 (month 4)
Level 5 – Standard Module 5 (month 5)
Premium Membership plan ($47 per month):
Level 1 – Premium Module 1 (month 1)
Level 2 – Premium Module 2 (month 2)
Level 3 – Premium Module 3 (month 3)
Level 4 – Premium Module 4 (month 4)
Level 5 – Premium Module 5 (month 5)
Alright. I can use the “Auto Upgrade” feature:
Dashboard > WP eMember > Members > Auto Upgrade
In this case, I may have Membership Levels (instead of Bronze, Silver, Gold, … or otherwise): Standard Module 1, Standard Module 2, Standard Module 3, and so on. And it would look like this:
Standard Membership Plan
Standard Module 1 – Promote to: Module 2 – After 30 days (subscription valid for: 30 days)
Standard Module 2 – Promote to: Module 3 – After 60 days (subscription valid for: 30 days)
Standard Module 3 – Promote to: Module 4 – After 90 days (subscription valid for: 30 days)
Standard Module 4 – Promote to: Module 5 – After 120 days (subscription valid for: 30 days)
Standard Module 5 – Promote to: No Auto Promote – / (subscription valid for: No Expiry or Until Cancelled)
This is all fine but now the problem arises. This is only one membership plan (Standard). I want to have furthermore also the Premium plan.
But since the option “Auto Update” related to Members and not with the Membership Levels, I have a problem. This way I can have just one “Drip” system. Other Membership plan can only be the complete contents at once.
I do not know how in the same way to create the Premium Membership Plan?
Can you help me?
QUESTION #2
===============
“Auto Upgrade” is related to Members. Why “Auto Upgrade” is not related to Membership Levels? Or both? In this case, we can have a real “Drip Membership System”. Have you thought to embed it in the WP eMember?
Thanks in advance. Regards

- Standard Module 1
- Standard Module 2
- Standard Module 3
- Standard Module 4
- Standard Module 5
- Premium Module 1
- Premium Module 2
- Premium Module 3
- Premium Module 4
- Premium Module 5
Per the documentation:
The auto promotes would be setup as follows:
- Standard Module 1 –> Standard Module 2
- Standard Module 2 –> Standard Module 3
- Standard Module 3 –> Standard Module 4
- Standard Module 4 –> Standard Module 5
- Standard Module 5 –> No auto upgrade
- Premium Module 1 –> Premium Module 2
- Premium Module 2 –> Premium Module 3
- Premium Module 3 –> Premium Module 4
- Premium Module 4 –> Premium Module 5
- Premium Module 5 –> No auto upgrade
Now, from the technical standpoint, you are really selling “groups” of membership levels. But from the subscriber’s standpoint, it just looks like 2 membership levels.
