eMember – modify admin field title/label

I’m using the eMember plugin and in the Admin section when you edit a member’s details, there are fields such as “Company” and “Member Since”… Ideally, these fields are redundant for my purpose so i would like to modify them to read “Suffix” and “Date of Birth”

I edited the wp-eMember/lang/eng.php file but this has not changed the titles in the Admin section,

Can anyone please advise which plugin file needs editing for this?
