eMember – Missing members after theme migration

Hi, we changed out theme – site was backed up to another server, changed around, and uploaded back 7 days later. Now we can only see the members that had signed up prior to the migration. Any way to recover the membership details for those that signed up during the time we were changing the theme? Our front-end developer didn’t realise that the membership database would keep growing while the new site was being built and replaced the old theme with new members with the database with only the exported members.

Changing a WordPress theme, does not affect the registration of members. What indicators do you have that some members are missing?
