Dear sir:
I meet a tricky issue.
After I finished my member test site, I added a member account and tried to login.
But login error would happen if I log out wordpress.
Even if my friend finished subscription step, he could not login successfully either.
Could you please help to check this problem?
Thank you!

February 15, 2013 at 3:17 am #53857adminKeymasterAre you using the following feature of eMember?

It looks like you have another membership plugin active on this WP Install which is interfering the login process. Please deactivate all other plugins and then test the login process so we can isolate and see if the issue is coming from another plugin.

I did not open the feature.
You can see the following picture as check.

Besides, I do not have another membership plugin.

February 15, 2013 at 12:41 pm #53859PeterMemberHi,
I just tried logging in as a member using the “test” username/password and I was successfully able to login.
@admin is correct in saying that you may have some other type of membership plugin (or similar) because the problem is that after logging in, it appears that your site is redirecting the user to another login page (not related to eMember) which has a url of [http://www.nice-sportswatch-reviews.com/test/member/]
It is very likely you have another plugin where you specified that page to be protected so that plugin or theme is showing that other login form (that other login form is definitely not coming from eMember).
Please check your eMember settings and you might find that you have configured the redirect URL to be the one mentioned above.
There are a few place you will need to check:
1) In the main Settings in the “Pages/Forms Settings” there is a field called “After Login Page”
2) In the membership level settings. See the “Redirect After Login” field.
February 15, 2013 at 12:50 pm #53860LexusXMemberDear sir:
I use the re-direction function is because I want to make login site and member site separate.
I want those members who can only see the content after login.
Thanks~
February 15, 2013 at 4:30 pm #53861LexusXMemberI have found the problem!
It’s the conflict of OptimizePress setting.
February 15, 2013 at 10:22 pm #53862adminKeymasterPlease tell us which settings of that theme was causing the issue.
