eMember – manually register premium members

Customers do not buy directly from our site but through phone conversation. Once they pay for the product we want them to have access to the premium membership pages. Do we manually add them to the membership rather than create a join us page?

And if we manually add them, how can I remove the ‘join us’ below the page member login widget?

Yes, you can manually add those user records via your admin dashboard. Join us page is a required page for the system. On your join us page simply put some message explaining how the joining process works (for example: call us or we will call you or whatever your process is).
