Along with purchasing access to our site online, a customer can also call in and pay via phone (or mail). When I go into the eMember plugin, I’m unable to find a way to manually extend their subscription. Please advise.

You can also edit the member’s profile from admin and change the value for the “Subscription start date” to extend the expiry (according to the values you set for the membership level that member belongs go). So lets say, a member belong to a level that has a 6 month access. This 6 month will be calculated from the subscription start date value. So you can modify that value accordingly to give more time to this user.
The plugin dynamically calculates the expiry date based on the setup you have configured in the membership level. This is why there is no hard expiry date on the member’s profile.
