eMember – Making old content available to current member

Each month, I build a page of content for the members of the site.

When they log in, they see the current month’s content.

However, I would like a member who signed up in a previous month to have easy access to previous months’ content (for only the months that particular member has been signed up).

eMember tracks signup dates for me already… How can I make the content accessible for December 2012 to a logged in member who signed up in December 2012, but not accessible to a member who signed up in January 2013?

Basically, I want a way to set a page so that it will be relative to a member’s sign up date, and then only be available to a member who was a member when that content was created/published.

If this is an upgrade or custom programming, please let me know what the cost would be as well.
