eMember – make fields on member profile form read-only

I have set up a member profile form as per

Is it possible to make any of the fields displayed, but read-only?. I want to display the users email in the form, but I don’t want to allow the user to edit it, because that edit is not passed on to mailchimp, so the mail lists get out of sync.

The WP eMember Form Builder Addon has the ability to make a field editable only on the registration page, and read only on the profile page:
