I’m using the MailChimp AutoResponder Integration. I was able to set it up & it worked fine.
But when I tried to update the MailChimp List Name to a different value, it won’t update. It continues to use the old list name. I even tried changing the API key to a different MailChimp account but it continues to use the initial values.
Has anyone seen this before?
Is there a way to force AutoResponder to use the new values?
September 11, 2015 at 11:57 pm #71342adminKeymasterI think your server is somehow caching those values. Ask your hosting provider if they have some kind of DB caching going on.
September 12, 2015 at 2:02 pm #71343WorkSiteLLCMemberWe see the new values in the admin screen but the AutoResponder seems to behave with the old values. Do you still think that would be DB caching?

That way I will be able to see exactly what value the plugin is using when it makes the API call to MailChimp. Hopefully that will give us some answers. After your test, share a link to your registration page so I can inspect a few things.

But I get an email from MailChimp. Unfortunately it’s from the wrong list.
I’ve gone directly into the database and saw the old values. I’ve updated it to what I want it to be and will test some more.

September 14, 2015 at 12:35 am #71346adminKeymasterIt didn’t see any listname value in the membership level so it didn’t do anything in terms of level specific autoresponder signup.
Did you specify your listname in the membership level or a global one in the settings? If you edit the membership level in question, do you see a list name there?
If you want me to investigate you must give me a URL of your registration page like I asked in my previous post.
