MemberHi Guys!!
Everything working Flawlesly !!!
The Business is going great! and the Members are subscribing
I hired some one to create the accounts because I’m bussy creating content, but I’m worried that they are creating memberships and not reporting it to me …
I know I can track the member count, and that’s great, what I’m worried is that they can just click and Add membership levels to already created accounts and I’m not receiving notification or any way to “supervise” those changes…
So, I was wondering, since you already thought about everything ,… is there a Log File, a Recently modified or some thing that could tell me that they are doing something that I’m not aware ?
Thank you again !!!

KeymasterYou can see everything from the members admin dashboard. All the payments go to your PayPal account so you can see all the payments from your PayPal account. eStore also keeps track of all the payments that are coming in (if you are using eStore).
I can’t really see how someone can hide something from you when you have the admin dashboard access.
We do have the following member stats addon (if that helps):

MemberThat’s the thing, my Payments are made in Cash or bank deposit, so we have to create manually all the accounts.
Again I’m not afraid of new accounts, I’m worried of existing accounts that get a new module or package …
I have 6 modules for sale.
So what i wanted to know, is:
If Account “TipsTricks” purchased Module 1 for 3 usd (we create the account)
And next week they purchase Module 2, 3 and 4 for 20 usd in cash, The admin (My Employee) only has to activate those modules in an already created account, so I cant keep track of those 20 usd.

KeymasterWhen you are dealing with cash, you will always need to oversee/check certain things periodically and rely on trusted employees.
If you have a certain kind of requirement, you can use the following option to maybe get a custom solution developed:
