eMember – integration with wp courseware doesn't work when singing up new

Hi,

I have a problem with emember and wp-courseware. I’ve downloaded the integration plugin and it works, if users are already registered and only upgrade there membership level. That’s fine. But if I am a new user and buy a product, I get the appropriate membership level, but I don’t get assigned to the course. That is a vital feature for me. What can I do? This is for buy now buttons from estore. I am actually not sure, who is causing this problem.

For better understanding here the flow. There is a product in eStore assigned to a membership level in emember. Additionally the membershiplevel is assigned to a course with the addon from your site. When I click on the Buy Now button, I get redirected to paypal and buy the product without problems. After that I get some emails and one of this emails is the “complete your registration” email. I click on the link and enter all necessary values (same email address then my paypal account). When I click register and look into the admin area, I can see, that the newly registered user has the correct infomation and the correct membership level, but when I go to Users (standard wordpress), I can see, that this new user doesn’t have any courses assigned to him.

If I just do an account upgrade (existing user buys new course), it works without a problem.

We have added a new hook in the plugin (for new user signup) then updated the wp courseware integration addon to fix this.

Hi admin, I got this same problem with wp courseware. Have updated your integration but stil the same.

Your emember needs to be updated. I have sent you an email with an update. Also, looks like you are using manual checkout. Manual checkout is a manual process. Are your users going to be paying using the manual checkout system or using an online payment system like PayPal?
