Hello,
I just purchased the eMember Form Builder and it is not allowing any customization to my Registration page (which I have it set both to my homepage and innerpage “registration” page). The form unfortunately is just showing the default eMember form and again not applying any customization that I earlier set in the Form Builder settings.
What I have tried:
deactivate and reactivate all plugins one by one to see if I can find a problem plugin.
re-installed both the eMember and Form Builder plugins
Changed to the Default WordPress themes – Twenty ten, Twenty eleven, etc.
Cleared out the cache
Changed browsers
None of the above have worked.
Here is the url of my site: domainpeel.com
Can you please look into why it’s not applying any of the changes from the Form Builder settings.
I am using WordPress version 4.4.1 with all plugins updated, and I have also have tried both “Generic” and a free membership level as to create the form.
Thank you
Looks like you have the “Free Members Must Confirm Email Address” option enabled. You need to get to the next step to see the registration form.
When you enable that option, it doesn’t allow your users to get to the MAIN registration form unless they click on the special link sent in their email.
If you just wanted to see how that form will look like (without going through the steps), just disable that “must confirm email address” option.
