Tagged: customize login, header login
Hi,
I’m using this widget, [wp_eMember_compact_login] in the header of my website and I want to get the fancy login lightbox. Therefore I enabled fancy login popup.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work, because I get a big login form shifted to the right. I’ve read forum posts with similar issues, but solutions where either unclear to me or not working.
My website is: [http://www.osacademie.nl]
Can anyone help me fixing this?
– Christiaan
The fancy login uses JavaScript and CSS so if your site has JavaScript or CSS errors coming from another plugin or theme then the fancy login widget won’t work.
I just checked your site and it has a few JavaScript errors that you need to fix first and then the fancy login will start to work automatically. More info and help on this topic here:

Alternatively, do not use the fancy login feature (this is an optional feature). turn it off in the eMember settings and it will work with the standard login.
Hello, I have the same problem. My website is [www.sistemasdebolsa.com]. I have chosen the fancy option with style1 (I tried also with style2) and doesn’t work, redirect to login page.
When I checked if I had javascript errors, I didn’t find any message in the console with chrome or firefox. It’s absolutly clear.
What could be happening?
Thanks in advance!
Please share the URL of the page where I can go and check the fancy login link on your site.
Hello again.
I shared it, but wasn’t enough visible. It’s that:
Thanks!
Hello.
Could you check the site?
Thanks in advance!
I think you have that option turned off right now so when I click the login link, it takes me to the login page. Enable the option so I can see if it gives an error when I click the login link.
Also, try the following shortcode on the sidebar widget of your site (just for testing purpose).
[wp_eMember_compact_login]
