I want to set up a $7 for a 7 day trial of my membership site using the eStore and eMember plugins by using the paypal method. If a customer doesn’t cancel they automatically start paying $19 a month recurring subscription. If a customer wants to cancel the 7 day trial they get a refund of their $7.
How does the $7 get refunded to them if they pay through PayPal?
I also saw a Tip’s N Tricks video that showed how to set up a trial such as the one I’ve described above, but I can’t find it anywhere on your website. Would it be possible to put the link to that page too.

“Usually,” a trial period is not intended to be refundable; except under the most extreme circumstances. If you feel that people would actually WANT a refund of their trial period; why not offer them a free 3 day trial period? Otherwise, you’d have to manually process the refund through PayPal; because the trial period was part of a subscription.
