I’m wondering if the integration of eMember (and possibly eStore) and MailPoet v3 includes the ability to direct eMember Email Broadcasts to bypass our hosting vendor’s email service and be directed instead to use MailPoet’s Sending Service? As long as I’m asking I might as well ask if eMember Registration emails could do that too … and why not throw in eStore email (receipts).
I ask because it would seem that MailPoet’s email reputation would likely be superior to our hosting vendor’s. We use a large well-known hosting service (Bluehost) running as a shared host. While it seems that our email reputation is very good (10/10 score – not sure it could be much better) that could change and I suspect that MailPoet’s reputation is stellar amongst Spam monitoring services. Email broadcasts to large numbers of members would seem to be much more likely to be flagged by Spam monitoring services. I’m always afraid that outgoing messages aren’t reaching our members or going to Spam where they sit undiscovered.
That said, I am totally new to MailPoet too and there could be downsides to using it that I don’t know about. I’d welcome any comments from those here that may be integrating MP with eMember / eStore in any way.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Steve

Take a look at the Easy WP SMTP plugin and see if that would help.
