I’m seeking clarification before I commit. I have an old membership level that is set to not expire until canceled. I’d like to set these all to “expired”, but I don’t want these members to receive the auto-expiry email notifications. Would they?
I have the auto expiry notifications set to 10 days after expiration in addition to the one that is sent the day after expiration.
My hope is that since I’m doing these manually, maybe that exempts them or doesn’t trigger the emails? Or maybe since these are technically non-expiring members, that doesn’t trigger the emails?
Thanks for any clarification!
If the expiry is more than 10 days in the past, then it won’t generate any auto-expiry notification email. So when you edit the membership level, set the expiry date of the level accordingly.
