eMember – deleted registration page – how to re-set up

HI there

I was having problems with my auto-installed Registration page in that it wasn’t showing the form – it was blank.

So I uninstalled eMember, deleted the files via the Plugin settings on the Dashboard to reinstall the plugin to re-setup these pages but it just remembers all the previous settings.

How can I reinstate the registration page AND the Member Login page as this is gone also. I cannot see the shortcodes in the toolbox/button in the pages/posts as I have another issue with that not working.

I have tested the theme and used a default one. Same issue remains.

I have deactivated all other plugins to ensure it is not a compatibility issue with one of these.
