I am using eMember to run a membership site at [http://internetmentorship.com]. I created an ID for myself so I could see the site from a member’s perspective and so I could answer questions in the forum. I gave myself the same membership level as the people who pay annually.
This has worked fine for the last year, but now it tells me that my membership has expired and I can’t access the content. I tried logging into eMember and resetting my membership to Active but it still won’t let me in.
How can I solve this?
Thanks
Garland Coulson
If this is for you then you probably want to create another membership level that doesn’t expire (one with “No Expiry” setting) then place your user profile in that special membership level. So to summarize:
1) Create a new membership level with “No Expiry” option
2) Give this membership level all the permission to view everything since it will be used by you only
3) Edit your emember user account from the dashboard and assign this special level to the user and set the account status to active.
4) Save the user profile.
