I know that WP Affiliate and eStore function well under multisite mode.
However, before I put too much effort into it I was wondering if eMember does as well?
(I will assume it does since your others fortunately do!)
I tried searching the forum and found no references to eMember and Multi-site move in WP so thought I better ask!

Network site hosts a number of sites/pages and Satellite, eStore and eMember are all installed but only Satellite is network activated.
On the site I’m setting up today, I activated eMember locally.
It auto-generated it’s pages on the root domain of the network rather then on the site I was working on!

August 3, 2012 at 2:33 am #47939kimjcastleberryMemberI have granted you super admin privileges to my network and you should have received the password via email as we have done before. The site in question is wplibrary.on.just-ask-kim.com which is listed as “WordPress Video Tutorials Library” in the site list.
The eMember plugin is NOT network enabled. It is site-enabled on wplibrary.x
However, it turns out that not only did the eMember plugin, when installed on the wplibrary.x site write it’s pages to the root site… but it also wrote the WordPress users there.
I had wondered why this user was not in the WP user table and your question in the other thread made me go looking at my users.
So, whereas I had previously mentioned this plugin wrote it’s pages up to root… it ALSO wrote it’s WP users there… so yes, there was actually a copy of this email, belonging to a user, that I did not see.
I would assume the user will now be able to register now that I have removed it’s wp user account from the root site… but why is my wplibrary.x site borrowing the root site’s pages and user table with this plugin?
I’m baffled since I thought plugins were sort of sandboxed and not even able to physically make that “stretch” from one site to another though I suppose the root site is unique.
I am going to retest this registration but I wager it’ll work once and write up to the root site again. That’s definitely not where the record belongs.
I’m going to have to let you explore that one.
At the moment eStore is not activated on this site. I need to set it up for the second phase of this project and need to do something so I’m going to begin installation of it (to potentially configure pay-per post, per the other thread I have open https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/wishlist-pay-per-post#post-37416 ). If it gets in in your way, just deactivate it. As I do not know when you’ll have time to look at the site I want to go ahead and get some work done as I’m behind on my deadline.
August 5, 2012 at 11:24 pm #47940adminKeymasterThis was a WP Multi-site specific issue. I gave you an update on the plugin via email that should solve this.
