eMember – change password gives a 404 error for the profile page

When a member tries to change password via forgot password procedure there is a 404 error when the click the chance password link.

Hi,

In your eMember Settings in the “Pages/Forms Settings” page there is a field called “Password Reset Page (Optional)”.

Did you specify a valid URL in this field?

Did you also put the following shortcode on the page which is represented by the URL we are talking about above?

[wp_eMember_password_reset]

If after the above checks you still cannot resolve this can you please send a link to the page containing the “Forgot Password” link so we can take a look?
