I’ve given myself a membership so that I can logon myself. Now it has expired, and I can’t seem to upgrade/extend it manually. I’d like to be able to manually prolong other people’s memberships as well.
I’ve clicked on Edit and changed status from “Expired” to “Active”, but this doesn’t change anything. I’ve also tried changing the Membership Start Date to today’s date.
I’m sure there’s a simple solution – what have I missed?

If the membership level of this user is set to a “Duration” value then you will also need to update the “Subscription Starts” date value when you change the member’s status. Otherwise the plugin will recalculate the expiry date and make the account expired.
You can also create a special membership level with no expiry and then assign your member account to that level so it never expires.
