eMember – cannot bulk import users into database

I am trying to use the WP CSV to DB plugin to add about 200 users. This is for a special project and I’d rather not have to support a registration process. I would just like the users to get to the page, enter their credentials and gain access.

I choose the wp_wp_eMember_members_tbl table and upload my members.csv file. I select row 2 as the starting point. When I try to import it fails every time with “Starting Row value exceeds the number of entries being updated to the database from the .csv file.”

The instructions make it seem simple, but it just won’t work. At this point I’m feeling I’d spend less time just making everyone register themselves.
