eMember – can I protect a non wp sub domain?

I wonder if its possible to protect a non wordpress subdomain with eMember.

What I want to do is provide links from a members area of a WordPress site to various pre-built sites that I will host on subdomains of the main WP site.

Is it possible to configure eMember to protect these so that the sub domains can’t be accessed without logging in on the main site?
