Is there a way the eMember be synced with the native wordpress user database, for example, I would like to use the Cartpauj PM and Subscribe2Comments plugin but both of these plugins use the native wordpress user database, can these plugins be integrated with eMember?
Is there a way the eMember be synced with the native wordpress user database
Yes, eMember has several ways it creates a WP user account which is directly related to an eMember account.
1) it can automatically do this via a configuration item in the settings page – see checkbox called “Automatically Create WordPress User”
2) if the above was disabled you can sync up WP eMember and WP User tables via the “Admin Functions” menu. There a two sections in this page:
a) “Create WordPress User Account for members that do not have one”
b) “Automatically Create eMember Account When a WordPress User Account is Created”
