Tagged: calendar month, Expiry
Is it possible to set the membership expiry dates within membership levels to operate on calendar months, rather than simply 30 days as it appears to do now? eg when someone subscribes for 6 months on 17th July, they should have access until 16th January. However, all that happens at the moment is when I set their expiry to be 6 months later, they get access for 180 days = to 13th January. So what I’d like is for the 1 month / 3 month / 6 month etc expiry periods to actually work on calendar months, rather than a multiple of 30 days.
You can create membership levels that expire on a *particular date*. Not sure if that will work for you though. What kind of membership site are you running?
Our membership site offers ongoing subscriptions of either 1 month, 3 months or 6 months from the date the member signs up, so obviously it would be much better for us if the subscription periods ran for their “calendar month” equivalents, rather than simply multiples of 30 days.
I understand. We don’t have an option for doing it using the calendar month like you explained.
