Tagged: currency emember
Hello,
I’m struggling with the wordpress/buddypress log in side bar and the eMember widget sidebar.
At the moment I have both login’s appearing on the side bar. I can’t seem to de-activate the wordpress log in and it doesn’t give me any activation with emember, so I have enabled the emember widget login, which takes the user through to the registration page and seems to be doing everything it should.
To get rid of the wordpress/buddypress login I have:
– disabled bbpress integration
– swtiched the bbpress login and activate pages to ‘none’
– ticked all the eMember wordpress integration boxes
– installed the WP integration plugin
None of this seems to help me with having just one place to login to my forum site.
There must be something that I have completely missed and need help with.
Any feedback is good feedback
WP eMember doesn’t do anything with wordpress/buddypress log in widget or any other widget so we have no idea where those login wigets are coming from on your site. eMember simply adds the eMember login widget which you can use on your sidebar. You will have to manually remove the other widgets the same way you added them. Make sure your theme is not hardcoding them to appear on the sidebar (some themes do this which is not a good practice).
