Send to Selected Individuals can only see user name – If scrolling to second page, get a text only display whit user names, select a user name and select select in the bulk action box then click to continue.
Goes to next page and displays a 0 top left hand corner of browser window, activity stops, if you press browser back arrow you are taken to the bulk mail selection page and the mail is flagged as completed, does not appear to have entered the selected users and as no users has not sent.
February 12, 2019 at 4:54 am #79206adminKeymasterI will log into your site and take a look. I have sent you an email for it.
November 5, 2021 at 4:48 am #83885angelfire4xxParticipantAny plans to fix this add-on? I would find the “send to selected individuals” (e.g. 2,35,9) very useful but it doesn’t work. I am using WordPress 5.8.1.
LindaNovember 5, 2021 at 11:44 pm #83894adminKeymasterThis should be working fine. Please download a new copy of the emember broadcast addon and use that.
November 6, 2021 at 3:24 am #83896angelfire4xxParticipantI downloaded it only a few weeks ago. Has it been updated that recently?
November 6, 2021 at 12:09 pm #83898angelfire4xxParticipantI did as you said today, deleted the plugin, downloaded it again from your site and re-installed. Same problems. I can select individuals, but only if they are all on the same page of the members list that eMember brings up. I can also enter member IDs manually in the box, comma-separated. But whichever method I use, the email message is not sent and members do not receive it.
Would be great if these problems could be fixed!November 9, 2021 at 3:36 am #83904adminKeymasterAre you trying to select between multiple pages from that popup window?
Enable the debug logging feature in the main plugin so you can see if the following text is output when you execute this “Send email to individual member” function:
Email Broadcast Addon - Send mail function executed successfuly. Value of mail_sent var : .......

I did try, but it won’t save any that I select unless they are all from the same page. That is not part of the failure to send. I was trying to say that it fails to send regardless of how the IDs are entered. I don’t mind entering the IDs manually. Here’s the debug log for a test I did today. Sent to user IDs 2,5,31
All those are my own email addresses. None of them were received.
[11/12/2021 3:58 PM] – SUCCESS :Email Broadcast Addon – Send mail function executed successfuly. Value of mail_sent var :0November 16, 2021 at 1:51 am #83933adminKeymasterThat 0 value indicates an issue. I will take a look at your settings to see what I can find.
November 16, 2021 at 9:47 am #83935angelfire4xxParticipantThanks for your reply, I appreciate that. But if you can’t reproduce the fault on your system, then I probably have a plugin conflict on mine. I’m a bit nervous of letting anyone else into my admin, as I’m not a developer and the site has been a lot of work! The email broadcast feature is not so essential for my setup but if you can identify and fix any potential bugs yourself it would be great to have the feature working. I have WordPress 5.8.2. Some potential conflict plugins are WP Mail SMTP, WP Fusion, Manage Notification E-mails.
