Can I place the Bookmark function itself in a shortcode, so I can decide myself where to place it?
I want it at the bottom of a page/post, and not at the top, for a variety of reasons.
The easiest way to make it “mobile” is if I could somehow put the function in a shortcode.
How would I do that?
No, the bookmark can’t be placed using a shortcode due to the way it works. You could maybe tweak the CSS of the bookmark icon/area to move it around. Search for the following CSS class in eMember’s stylesheet file (css/eMember_style.css) to find the CSS for this bookmark area:
.emember_bookmark_button

The CSS doesn’t solve the problem.
On pages with a sidebar, the Bookmark sits nicely in the page, whereas with pages without sidebars, the Bookmark stretches over the top edge of the content area, into the nav menu. If I adjust it for pages with a no-sidebar template, it sits wrong on pages with a sidebar. Removing the Bookmark from pages with either template beats the purpose of applying the Bookmark functionality to all the pages…
